December 1, 1954 Established Fukushima Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, to mainly sell electronic parts for communication devices.
July 1, 1955 Concluded a special agent agreement with Hitachi, Ltd.
June 1, 1959 Began selling semiconductors.
November 1, 1968 Relocated the head office from Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
November 1, 1978 Established Tachikawa Office in Nishiki-cho, Tachikawa City, Tokyo.
August 1, 1980 Established Kawasaki Office and Distribution Center in Takatsu-ku (current Miyamae-ku), Kawasaki City, Kanagawa.
October 1, 1984 Changed company name to EASTON Co., Ltd.
September 1, 1994 Registered for over-the-counter trading with Japan Securities Dealers Association.
March 1, 1996 Issued new shares (1,200,000 shares) and raised capital to 3.433 billion yen.
May 1, 1996 Established Kinki Office in Kusatsu City, Shiga.
August 1, 1997 Relocated Distribution Center from Kawasaki City, Kanagawa, to Urawa City (current Minami-ku, Saitama City), Saitama.
October 1, 1998 Established a distribution subsidiary, Easton Works Co., Ltd. (consolidated subsidiary).
August 1, 2001 Established an overseas subsidiary in Hong Kong.
October 1, 2002 Took over the electronics sales division from Okura Shoko Co., Ltd.
October 1, 2002 Changed the name of Isesaki Office of Okura Shoko Co., Ltd. to Isesaki Office, EASTON Co., Ltd., in line with the takeover.
February 1, 2003 Established an overseas subsidiary in Singapore.
April 1, 2003 Concluded a special agent agreement with Renesas Technology Sales Co., Ltd. (currently Renesas Electronics Corporation).
April 1, 2003 Relocated Kinki Office from Kusatsu City, Shiga, to Osaka City, Osaka, and changed the name to Osaka Office.
July 1, 2004 Established an overseas subsidiary in Taiwan.
September 1, 2004 Obtained ISO 14001 certification.
December 1, 2004 Listed stocks in JASDAQ Securities Exchange, Inc. (currently JASDAQ Standard).
September 1, 2005 Established Ibaraki Office in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki.
October 1, 2005 Relocated Isesaki Office from Isesaki City, Gunma, to Takasaki City, Gunma, and changed the name to Takasaki Office.
October 1, 2005 Established an overseas subsidiary in Shanghai.
April 1, 2008 Established an overseas subsidiary in Thailand.
January 1, 2009 Concluded a merger agreement with Renesas Devices Sales Co., Ltd.
March 1, 2009 Relocated the head office from Chuo-ku, Tokyo, to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
March 1, 2009 Obtained ISO 9001 certification.
April 1, 2009 Changed trading name to RENESAS EASTON Co., Ltd. following merger with Renesas Devices Sales Co., Ltd.

June 1, 2011 Relocated Fukushima Office from Fukushima City, Fukushima to Sendai City, Miyagi, and changed the name to Sendai Office.
January 1, 2012 Established an overseas sales subsidiary in the United States of America.
February 1, 2014 Changed specification from Tokyo Securities Dealers Association JASDAQ (Standard) section to Second Section.
September 1, 2014 Changed specification from Tokyo Securities Dealers Association Second Section to First Section.
March 1, 2015 Issued new shares (2,497,600 shares) and raised capital to 5.04267 billion yen.
October 1, 2015 Established Ibaraki Design Center in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki, to enhance software development.
April 1, 2018 Began manufacture and sales of the semiconductor strain sensor "STREAL."
July 1, 2019 Changed the trading name to Glosel Co., Ltd.
